Summary report of present cooperation practices
In this report 7 existing good co-operation models from 5 different countries are collected together and documented by using common documentation tool. The identified models presented have been used in the past by the partner organizations of the Envolwe –project as well as other national organizations in establishing and maintaining the co-operation between VET and the enterprise sector.
The aim is to provide for the reader a possibility to get familiar with these co-operation practices, use them for benchmarking purposes and also learn from the experiences of the previous users of these models. Some of these co-operation models are already used in order to establish co-operation with rural micro companies, some are targeted to larger companies. For all models analysis of their suitability to micro enterprise and especially NBE context has been presented.

Case report of the piloted co-operation models (WP4-report)
In this report each pilot and piloting process is described in detail. The aim has been to create a document which illustrates, as much as possible on a practical level, what were the aims of the pilots, what was done, what were the results and whether the pilots succeeded in reaching their aims. The aim is to give the reader a clear picture of the successes and failures of the pilots and the possibility to evaluate whether these co-operation practices could be useful to introduce in their own activities. It also aims to illustrate the wide variation of the co-operation possibilities between the VET and small and micro companies. |

(Wp5 report)
The following paper summarises the long term plans for each pilot and highlights some models to take the co-operation practises to more formalised, systematic format. In addition several methods are presented to map out the need the SMEs have for the co-operation are presented. Also some recommendations for improvements are presented. |
